Berto and I just wanted to go over a few things floating in our heads. Approaching seems to be the number one issue on guys minds. We can teach you all the techniques possible but if you keep talking yourself out of it than you won't get far. Today's lesson is to...Put your negatives in the past. I can't approach becomes...
